This is a real favourite smoothie in our household, its creamy, sweet and a great way to take your greens. Experiement with different nut butters or use tahini for a nutfree version.
3/4 cup of almond milk
1 large handful of kale
1/2 large frozen banana
1 tsp organic blackstrap molasses
1/2 tbsp peanut butter (or any other nut butter / try tahini for a nutfree version)
1 tsp moringa powder (optional)
Put all ingredients into a good blender in the order listed and whizz up! Drink immediately or store in the fridge.
