Learn to Ferment Sauerkraut and Fermented Pickles at Suffolk Yoga!

Support your gut health by learning how to ferment. Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Catherine Arnold will guide you through the process of making sauerkraut and fermented pickles. This 2-hour workshop will teach you how fermented foods support your gut health and immune function. There will be ferments for you to try and a Q&A on gut health at the end.
Take home all your ferments with you!
The cost is £60 per person, including a fermenting jar, fermenting weight and all the ingredients to make your ferments.
