Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Catherine Arnold will guide you through the process of making sauerkraut and fermented pickles. This 2-hour workshop will teach you how fermented foods support your gut health and immune function. There will be ferments for you to try and a Q&A on gut health at the end.
Take home all your ferments with you!
The cost is £60 per person, including a fermenting jar, fermenting weight and all the ingredients for your ferments.
