Kimchi & Fermented Hot Sauce Workshop

Kick off the new year by learning how to ferment! Nutritional Therapist and gut health expert,  Catherine Arnold will guide you through the process of making kimchi and fermented hot sauce, which not only taste delicious but support your gut health. This 2-hour workshop will teach you how fermented foods support your gut health and immune function. The fermenting session will be followed by a homemade fermented lunch and a Q&A drawing on Catherine’s 13 years experience working with people to optimise their gut health.

Take home all your ferments with you to continue fermenting at home!
The cost is £85 per person, including a fermenting jar, fermenting weight and all the ingredients to make your ferments, all recipes, and a fermented lunch.
