Remedy State presents Arete, a wellness retreat for music professionals

Following on from the success of the very first Remedy State wellness retreat last year, this 2 day event aimed at musical professionals, provides a healthy precursor to the International Music Summit (IMS) which starts straight afterwards.

I curated the menu for the event, working with the hotel chefs to provide a special nutritious menu. I also provided 1:2:1 consultations and an arterial assessment for all retreat attendees. In addition, I took part in a panel discussion about nutrition, leading with questions from the retreat guests.

The result is, that I am sleeping much better – 19 nights out of 20, I sleep like a baby – and I have been able to come off the statins because my cholesterol is now within the normal range.
