This 2.5 hour workshop will teach you how fermented foods support your gut health and immune function. The workshop is followed by a delicious homemade fermented lunch and a Q&A on gut health.

The cost is £85 per person, including a fermenting jar, fermenting weight and all the ingredients and recipes to make your ferments.
