I was asked to provide a nutrition talk for the elderly residents in Nunhead by Age UK. During the well attended talk, we talked about how they can optimise their diets to support good health.

The result is, that I am sleeping much better – 19 nights out of 20, I sleep like a baby – and I have been able to come off the statins because my cholesterol is now within the normal range.
