In addition to one on one consultations, I work with businesses who are interested in supporting their staff’s wellbeing. Stress related disorders and absenteeism cost the UK £3.7bn in 2010—the equivalent of 13.5m working days and £666 per employee.

The pandemic led to a decrease in physical and mental wellbeing for many people and there is an ongoing health crisis due to the fallout from lockdown.
