Learn how to make fermented foods to support your gut health!
Over 2.5 hours we will make sauerkraut and fermented pickles in a small group, take your creations home with you! 11am to 1.30pm, £80 includes fermenting jar and fermenting weight, all ingredients, recipes, light fermented lunch, homemade fermented drinks to try, Q & A on all things gut health!
