IMS is a conference for music professionals. The organisers are keen to support the health of the conference delegates and so they have created Arete – an area of the conference where they can learn techniques and information to support wellness. I will be providing a talk about how to manage stress with nutrition, along with 30 minute consultations for anyone wanting to get some practical support on how to make positive change to their diet and lifestyle.

The result is, that I am sleeping much better – 19 nights out of 20, I sleep like a baby – and I have been able to come off the statins because my cholesterol is now within the normal range.
