Enjoy a fascinating farm tour with Biodynamic farmer, Spencer, who sows and harvests to the lunar cycle, uses homeopathy in his soil and meditates with his cows! Followed by a hands on fermenting workshop with Catherine, using some of the delicious produce from the farm and to finish, we will enjoy a homemade fermented lunch!
